Each year, International School of Bucharest, as part of LUMINA Educational Institution, proudly organises and hosts Lumina Seniors Football Cup and Lumina Junior Football Cup. These two competitions have been growing year by year and now, at the 18th Edition, isoc welcomed football teams from 12 private schools from Romania and abroad. Together we celebrated the joy of playing football, fair play, and healthy competition.
U16, Open, U13, U11 and U9 teams lined up and competed into groups and final league games in order to get one of the trophies for their team or an award as Top Ccorer, Best Player, Best Goalkeeper or Sportsmanship.
Congratulations to our Open Football team for winning the Lumina Senior Football Cup this year! Best Player and Top Scorer Awards went to isoc Eagles Open Team as well!
Congratulations to U13 Eagles for flying high, 2nd places on the podium!
We are proud of our U16, U9 and U11 Eagles football teams who played really good matches. U11 Football team won the Fair Play Award!
The much-anticipated sporting event provided four days of intense and spectacular games
The isoc teams demonstrated passion and dedication, and their love for football resulted in the much-needed victory. Well done, Eagles, we are very proud of you!
The games were bringing both smiles and regrets on players and supporters’ faces, but the excitement and high level of skills proved one more time that football is more than a passion for everyone present here, at isoc.
Thank you to all our guests for honouring our invitation and we hope that everyone enjoyed the fair play and the spirit of a healthy competition.
