International School of Constanta is a not-for-profit private international school registered as a subsidiary of Lumina Foundation (Fundatia Lumina Institutii de Invatamant), under Romanian Law.
The ISOC Board appoints a Director responsible for the school’s direct control and running. The school’s Senior Leadership Team decides general policy. Lumina Foundation carries out financial management.

Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
The SLT comprises the Director, Head of Schools, Deputy Heads and Key Stage Coordinators, DSL, Head of Enrichment, Head of Character Education, and IB Coordinator. The Director is the head of the SLT and reports to the Board.
